As we continue to monitor the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), learn more about the steps we are taking to help protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities.
How we are supporting our employees, customers, and communities
Our teams worldwide are working to ensure that we continue to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Below is a running list of updates from Q-Free America, including what we’re doing to support our employees, partners, customers, and communities.

Transitioning to a Digital Work Force
The health and well-being of our employees, customers and communities are our first and top priority. We have taken the following precautions to protect everyone while also trying to ensure our commitments:
- All non-essential team members have transitioned to exclusively working from home.
- Customer support and regional sales managers will continue to be available by phone or online.
- Onsite customer visits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but, in most instances, this will be transitioned to remote support
- Any team members exposed to a person exhibiting symptoms or known to have come into contact with an infected person, have been asked to quarantine for 14 days.
Conducting Business in the New Normal
Things are changing, but we’re still here for you. Our business operations have yet to be impacted by COVID19, despite regional executive “stay home” orders. Our “doors” are open for business and our daily business operations are still in full swing.
With offices across the country and a team accustomed to working remotely, the transition to working largely from home-based confinement has been relatively seamless aside from a few extra pups and children joining the ranks. But we want you to know that we’re here with you and for you.
Given the fast-changing nature of the global situation and possible supply chain issues, we recognize that there could be some production delays of hard goods because of delayed shipments from overseas or capacity limitations of U.S. suppliers and our manufacturing team due to quarantines, school closures, etc.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you posted as things change.
